The Monster Float is leaving us!
All the Kindergarden teachers set upon themselves the ardous task of dressing up their imps in the most colourful way possible using only bits and bobs of stationery materials!
Nicole has a small dotted clown`s hat, a large crepe paper bow with crepe paper dots, and a pink whistle that miracolously disappeared as soon as we set foot outside school!
Nicole has a very pale foundation (nanna`s!), two shades of the latest grey eyeshadow, blackberry lipstick, with a coat of gold dust on top, together with a copper (glitter eyeliner) spider on one cheek, and cobweb on the other...

Who`s enjoying it most, Nanna or Nic?? Bye the bye, Nicole wasn`t in her best mood for this party as it was straight after school, with no shut eye in between. ;((

I applied the same too pale foundation on Jurgen to give him the same deathly pale look as the rest of us (see what happens with a bad choice in foundation colour! this was purely intentional!) I applied the same grey eyeshadows to create shadows underneath his eyes, but no lipstick or spiders for him!
As usual everybody`s favourite characters somehow find their way in the Carneval proceedings
This is the float that impressed Nicole most, could it have been the monster, or the flames, or the gargantuan creatures that surround it??
Nicole wasn`t sure wheather to like this character or be afraid of it, somehow it fascinated her beyon belief!
Well, Carneval comes but once a year, we`ll see him again next time round, or something other! As on the final day of carneval all the floats go up in flames, but we don`t say that to a 4-year-old do we?
